Example: 1-spindle HMC : 10 machines x 2 lines, total 20 machines; 4-spindle HMC : 7 machines x 1 line, total 7 machines only. Contributes to reduce space and man-power.

Simultaneous 4-spindle ATC

Adopts an arm-less 4-spindle ATC system. Tool magazine can store 32 tools, means 8 varieties of tool can be stored. It achieves process integration and area productivity.

Tilt table mounting, jig design and production, line proposals

Tilt table can be mounted to integrate machining process. NTC designs and manufactures workpies fixture jig. NTC offers not only machining center but also total line solution including material handling.
