Our measuring machine control update service not only updates the controls, but also includes the replacement of the PC itself and other equipment, thus reducing measurement time.

We propose modification work to invertors because the regulating wheel drive motor KOPP gearbox used in centerless grinders are no longer in production. Inverterization allows customers to use their equipment longer. In addition, it has advantages such as easier adjustment of workpiece accuracy and elimination of the need for maintenance of reduction gears.

We are proposing a modification work for servo renewal to J4 servo motor because the servo motor used in wafer manufacturing equipment for semiconductors and materials has been discontinued. Replacing discontinued models with current models can prevent unexpected equipment stoppages and other problems.

We also propose batch replacement that includes a host controller (PLC) to improve capacity at high speed and with high accuracy.
