Safety precautions for using equipment

When replacing the main roller, please observe the following points:

  • If the height of the main roller lifter and the rail (cradle) do not match, adjust the height of the lifter. Transferring the roller with a height difference may cause accidents such as fingers or other body parts getting caught.
  • When transferring the main roller from the lifter to the rail (cradle), firmly hold the center of the urethane section with both hands. Holding the metal parts may result in injury due to being caught between components.

Please refer to the instruction manual and follow your company’s safety procedures carefully. If you have any questions or requests regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us.

Safety precautions for using equipment

When replacing movable parts such as the main roller, please ensure that you press the emergency stop button and turn off the operation ready before shutting down the power and performing the work. If parts are replaced while the power is supplied, unintended movements may occur, leading to serious accidents such as entrapment or entanglement. Please conduct inspections and replacements, such as at the start of operations, with utmost care, following the operating manual and your company's safety work rules.

If you have any questions or any request for periodic inspection or parts for replacement, please feel free to contact us.

Please note the following precautions to use our machines safely.

  • To prevent the occurrence of safety problems (smoking, ignition, electric shock, etc.) due to  damage or age-related deterioration of cables and flexible hose bends in such machines, please conduct pre-startup inspections and periodic replacement.
  • If damage is found on the exterior, first check the condition of the wiring (possibility of sparks) and surrounding combustible materials to ensure that a fire will not occur.
  • Please replace subject parts as soon as possible. Regardless of the condition, in case 10 years or more have passed since the installation of our machines, such machines should be inspected and replaced with new cables and flexible hoses as soon as possible from the viewpoint of age-related deterioration.

Please refer to the instruction manual and follow your company's safety work rules when performing pre-startup inspection and periodic replacement. If you have any questions or any request for periodic inspection or parts for replacement, please feel free to contact us.
