Features and benefits

Minimization, space saving and energy saving in the processing room

The grinding wheel spindle is located outside the machining chamber to minimize the machining chamber. The dresser is also located outside the machining chamber to minimize the machining chamber, and the dresser also serves as the main spindle to reduce the depth of the machine. High flexibility and productivity

Synchronous double center drives are standard for grinding of all cylindrical parts. Both left and right spindles are equipped with an automatic center-to-center adjustment function of 120 mm each to accommodate a workpiece length difference of up to 240 mm*. The grinding wheel spindle is driven by a built-in motor and has the highest grinding capacity in its class.

High precision and eccentric cams in series

The NTG-4SP is for cylindrical parts, while the NTG-4SC is a profile grinder for eccentric cams, etc. The NTG-4SP series can be used for a wide variety of workpieces.

Workability and visibility from the user's point of view

A visualization cover is used to check the outside of the machining chamber to enhance maintainability. In terms of operability, the distance from the front cover to the center of the workpiece is 400 mm, enhancing workability and safety.
