With every application by purpose, Komtas can make program settings and feature collections automated. There are 8 kinds of applications: Wear diagnosis, chipping diagnosis, tool breakage diagnosis, hole curving diagnosis, hole diameter diagnosis, hole depth diagnosis, utilization of past data, abnormality detection
High-speed data collection by 1 millisecond and data cleansing
High speed data collections enable you to monitor a subtle machining change up to tips of multi-blade tools. Then, those cleansed data of the machining processes or the whole lines are mechanically converted to each application language which is understandable to operators, helping them decide the next action.
Make the machining conditions visible to operators, sending those data into NC
Once an operation process is completed, the process calculation results are shown at once. By setting the abnormal thresholds as well as notification address, Komtas gives abnormality warnings to NC, which help you stop consecutive failures in your production.
