Supports a wide range of processing

It can handle a wide range of machining operations, including not only pin journals, main journals, and their combined machining, but also counterweight side and peripheral machining. High-precision specifications can also be used for pin journal R-grooving, pin journal circumference machining, and mid-finish machining of width determination.

Minimize total cost

Inserts can be used for up to 8 corners. Running costs are reduced. Air consumption is reduced by the use of a chuck shutter. Coolantless processing saves energy.

Highly rigid structure machine

The internal blade cutter, which is more rigid than the external blade cutter, is used for heavy-duty machining. The fixed chuck system eliminates backlash and ensures high workpiece support rigidity. Komatsu NTC's unique swing arm mechanism realizes highly rigid and low-vibration processing.

Outstanding operability and maintainability

Uses the latest automated programming system. The operation panel can be used to check the operating location, fault location, and restoration method.
