Contact usBalancing measuring machine for determining the centering machining position in the first process
By measuring the circumference of the counterweight section, the dynamic balance center line is calculated from the mass and the amount of misalignment. Centering processing on the dynamic balance centerline makes it possible to minimize unbalance in the finished product. Optimal balance calculation is possible by incorporating the effect of counterweight processing into the balance calculation.
Even for unbalanced crankshafts that require the installation of balance weights for dynamic balance measurement, the balance weight portion is simply included in the calculation, making it easy to calculate the optimum balance.
A two-dimensional laser displacement sensor is used as the measurement method. The dynamic balance is calculated by tracing a path over the measurement range.
Three types of chucking methods are available: V-jagen chuck, centripetal horizontal chuck, and centripetal vertical chuck. The chuck can be selected according to the vice clamp of the centering machine.
