Minimizing of changeover time
When there are multiple types of workpieces to be processed, minimizing changeover time is the key. In addition to automatic jig changeover, necessary tool changeover is also automatic, minimizing the downtime of each machine.
Flexible transfer systems
Our originally designed and manufactured flexible gantry transfer equipment centrally manages and controls the information of each machine. It consolidates jig information, tool information, machining counts, etc., and transmits optimal movements and various announcements to operators. It also suppresses unnecessary movements.
"Kom-mics" line monitoring system and "Komtas" tool monitoring system
In addition to the automatic line changeover system, it can be equipped with various systems that predict line operation status, machining load status, tool replacement timing, and tool life, minimizing waste on the machine and on the shop floor.
