Ohana menstrual cups

Ohana is an organisation that assists high schools in rural areas to get sponsorship for menstrual cups for high school girls. The menstrual cups are environmentally friendly, cost effective and a sustainable solution for girls, it is also a greener alternative to disposable tampons and pads as it does not add to landfill.

Due to poverty, girls from rural areas cannot afford to buy the pads and tampons every month. The menstrual cups are reusable for 10 years, offering a sustainable solution.
