In order to submit the needed customer information, please download, fill in and sign PDF versions of these forms:

Step 2: Gather these items

• Signed customer information form
• Signed terms and conditions document
• A copy of your company registration certificate or/copy of Trust Document (where applicable)
• A valid tax clearance certificate or VAT Certificate,
• Certified copies of identification documents for all directors,
• Bank letter (date stamp not older than 3 months)
• Lest audited financials
• Signed resolution (where applicable)
