The heart of the D155 Subsoiler is the Komatsu SAA6D140E-5 engine, which meets Proconve MAR-1 emissions standards (equivalent to Tier 3). This 6-cylinder engine, with a displacement of 15.24 liters, delivers a gross power of 360 HP and a net power of 354 HP at 1900 rpm.
The engine's efficiency is complemented by the TorqueFlow automatic transmission, which, together with the torque converter, provides a tractive effort of over 450 kN and optimizes fuel consumption.
This system adjusts the fan speed according to cooling needs, reducing fuel consumption and enabling automatic debris removal, which is essential in environments with high concentrations of particulate matter, such as forests.
The robustness of the D155 is guaranteed by a structure designed to withstand the most adverse conditions. The oscillating suspension with stabilizer bar, together with the 14 lubricated lower rollers and 84 shoes per track, ensures smooth and stable movement, efficiently distributing the operating weight of 40,000 kg and minimizing component wear.
The D155 Subsoiler becomes an even more powerful and precise tool for preparing forest soil. This set allows for subsoiling with a rod that reaches depths of up to 80 cm.
Both the transmission and implement control are operated by joysticks, providing greater precision and comfort to the operator.
The equipment features LED lighting for nighttime operations, a standard rear-view camera, and a front-facing camera for viewing debris, increasing safety and efficiency.
Offers a safe and comfortable work environment, protected against dust and noise.
An advanced system with a light bar and built-in GPS, which receives embedded maps and is guided by georeferencing with satellite correction (DNSS). It allows you to save the operational diagram and transmit the data, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of operations.
Komatsu's remote monitoring system, offered as standard, allows for real-time fleet management. Provides data on fuel consumption, location, hours worked, as well as fault and maintenance alerts, all intuitively accessible via the web.
The equipment features a telemetry system KOMTRAX®, exclusive to Komatsu, offering remote monitoring via satellite. Through it, the manager can access essential machine information in real time, including location, operational status, working hours, fuel consumption, preventive maintenance alerts, and fault codes for remote diagnostics. All this control is provided at no additional cost, ensuring greater efficiency, safety, and intelligent fleet management.
