Dirt relief roller link
To promote longer service life, less pin wear and improved reliability, the Joy Link roller link is 46% stronger than previous models and is designed to prevent conveyed material from getting trapped between the roller link and connecting pins using patented dirt relief geometry.
Dual scraping flight bars
Prevent material buildup and reduce the chances of obstructions and jams with dual-scraping flight bars. The bars, stronger than previous models, scrape (clean) both the conveyor deck and the top and bottom of the return deck.
Joy-loc pin retention system
Reduce overall maintenance time and promote safety with the patented new Joy-loc pin retention system that allows workers to replace connecting pins, side plates, connecting links or whole flight sections with the use of simple hand tools.
