Hensley Loader Buckets

Engineered for a variety of applications like heavy-duty digging and material handling, Komatsu offers a full range of mining buckets specifically designed with reliability, resilience and performance in mind for our WE1850 and WE2350 wheel loaders.

These loader buckets are available in standard and high-lift configurations for coal and hard rock applications. They feature a Hensley-modified spare lip with P200 series weld-on adapters and XDL teeth that provide an excellent combination of penetration and wear life. All buckets are SAE rated and can deliver full payload by SAE standards.

HD bucket pivot pin

The new HD pivot pin is made with maraging steel, an alloy containing up to 25% nickel and other metals, and hardened to a higher level than the previous pin. 

While promoting enhanced durability and toughness, the new HD pin maintains the same dimensions as its predecessor. By bringing manufacturing in-house, Komatsu can now offer customers significant savings while promoting enhanced longevity. In addition, the HD design helps mitigate pin failures, resulting in less bore damage and reduced equipment downtime.

Advantages of the HD bucket pivot pin, as compared to the previous version, include:
