HOUSTON, TX – December 21, 2022 - Waukesha Pearce Industries, LLC (WPI) has closed on its acquisition of H&E Equipment Services’ Komatsu earthmoving distribution business which covers the state of Louisiana and five counties in southwest Arkansas. The acquisition includes H&E’s Kenner, Louisiana, distribution facility and the assignment of H&E’s lease of the Bossier City, Louisiana, facility.
This territory will continue to be served by the six existing authorized Komatsu branches in Louisiana. WPI will operate from the existing H&E Equipment Services facilities in La., and retain all current distribution business and employees.
