Parts warranty
When you invest in Komatsu parts and service, you buy into quality, experience, service and commitment. No matter how large or small your requirements, we offer total customer support.
We guarantee new parts and components to be free from defects in material or workmanship subject to the following provisions:
- This warranty for new parts and components sold by Komatsu shall be for the first six months after the date of purchase by the primary customer
- This warranty for new parts and components installed/repaired by the Komatsu distributor or other servicing establishment authorised by Komatsu shall be for the first 12 months after the installation/repair date
