Komatsu was selected as an excellent company in corporate disclosure

October 19, 2026  -- Komatsu Ltd. (“Komatsu”) (President and CEO: Takuya Imayoshi) has been ranked No. 1 among 19 companies in the Machinery category in the 2026 Awards for Excellence in Corporate Disclosure, organized by the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (SAAJ). 

The Awards in the Machinery category are presented every other year, and this marks the 14th time Komatsu has received the Award.

Komatsu will continue to place importance on dialogue with shareholders and investors and further enhance its IR activities, while drawing on best practices from other companies.
