During the first three years or 2,000 hours, whichever occurs first, you’ll receive:

• Regular service at 250 (select models), 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 hours
• 50-point inspection by a factory-trained technician at each scheduled interval
• Technician labor
• Komatsu fluids, oils, filters and related parts
• Komatsu oil and wear analysis of all lubricated compartments

Komatsu Care Plus II bundles the coverage of Komatsu Care Plus with the added value and protection of premier repair coverage, giving you the benefit of fixed maintenance and repair costs up to 12,000 hours.

Komatsu Care Plus III is a comprehensive maintenance, repair and consumables replacement program that simplifies your equipment’s total cost of ownership with a fixed cost per hour for qualifying repairs and replacements. You are billed based on your monthly utilization at a cost per hour, which means your payments are directly correlated with your equipment usage. Komatsu Care Plus III is the first program to offer you maximum coverage for the first life of your machine and include wear items.
