Specialized cylinder remanufacturing

Replace the entire cylinder assembly for a quick repair, or choose to replace the cylinder rod or cylinder body as an even more cost-effective alternative. Hydraulic cylinders are disassembled and undergo a thorough inspection. The rods, cylinders, and cylinder assemblies are then remanufactured in accordance with current Komatsu specifications. All wear and sealing parts are replaced with new ones.

Manufactured under fully controlled lab conditions, with sealed entry and exit doors, controlled temperature and air pressure, and antistatic floors and workbenches. Robotic technology is used for circuit and component diagnostics and for precision soldering. The remanufactured electronic components are then tested on simulators that replicate the functions of actual Komatsu machines.
