Polyester-based material

Compared to the more traditional standard urea silicate-based resins offered by most other original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), the J-LOK P polyester-based resin is designed to provide a stronger and more reliable screw fastening. Polyester resin is also more cost-effective and results in lower installation costs than urea silicate-based resins.

Longer shelf life

J-LOK P has a shelf life of over a year when stored under proper conditions. Its long stability and extended shelf life can simplify inventory management and make it easier to keep the products you need in stock over the long term. The formulation also does not contain isocyanates, the harsh and carcinogenic chemicals found in urea silicates.

Less sensitive to environmental factors

Compared to urea silicate resins, there is less concern about product degradation or chemical changes in the materials under the variable and adverse temperature conditions found in underground hard rock mining environments. JENNMAR J-LOK P is also less susceptible to corrosion than urea silicate-based resin.
