- All lap times must be submitted using the lap time submission form, which you can access by clicking here.
- You are entitled to submit as many lap times as you like for each event, but only your fastest lap will count towards the Challenge leaderboard.
- The participants who set the fastest three laps for each event will automatically qualify for the Final event that will take place between November 30, 2026 at 00:01 (UTC) to December 13, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC).
- Once a participant has qualified for the Final event, the participants position in the final is secured. If that participant were to finish in the top three at any of the remaining events on the calendar, the next fastest participants who have yet to qualify for the Final will be selected.
- If participants were to achieve identical lap times, the participant who was to submit their time first would be positioned higher in the leaderboard.
- Based on the three participants who qualify from each of the seven events on the calendar, a total of 24 participants will be eligible to compete in the Final event. The Final event will follow the same fastest lap format as the initial phase events. The details of the Final event are as follows:
- Final – Yas Marina Circuit (Abu Dhabi) – November 30, 2026 at 00:01 (UTC) to December 13, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC)

- Anyone who registers for the Komatsu F1 Gaming Challenge by completing the registration form within a specific period of time will be entered into a prize draw. From the eligible entrants registered by each date, the following prizes will be awarded at random:
- March 1, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC) – One eligible entrant will receive a gaming console (Xbox or PlayStation – exact model TBC) and a copy of the F1 25 video game.
- June 15, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC) – One eligible entrant will receive a copy of the F1 25 video game signed by an Atlassian Williams F1 Team driver.

- The three participants who submit the fastest lap times during the specific time period for the event.
- Five ‘lucky draw’ participants who submit a lap time during the specific time period for the event.
- For each event in the initial phase of the Challenge, the prizes will be as follows:
- 1st = A scale model of Atlassian Williams F1 Team car

- 3rd = A scale model of Atlassian Williams F1 Team car (smaller than the 1st prize scale model)

- If participants were to achieve identical lap times, the participant who was to submit their time first would be positioned higher in the leaderboard. If this was in relation to prize-giving positions, then the person who submitted their fastest lap earlier in the process would be the one determined to be the recipient of the prize.
- For the Final event, the top three eligible participants with the fastest lap times will receive the grand prize of a ten-minute virtual Meet & Greet with an Atlassian Williams F1 Team driver.
- There is no cash alternative to the prizes. All prizes are also non-transferable.

- Any lost prizes due to errors in the delivery addresses provided by the Participant are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

The Promoter reserves the right to select another winner to receive such forfeited prize (and that winner will also have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
- If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, that winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
