Health and safety

Our HSE approach

Our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System is certified to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and aligned with Australian Work Health and Safety legislation.

We focus on:

  • yellow-checkmark Consulting with employees and safety representatives
  • yellow-checkmark Providing training, supervision and clear procedures
  • yellow-checkmark Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
  • yellow-checkmark Investigating incidents and sharing learnings
  • yellow-checkmark Identifying hazards and managing risks before work begins

Safety is a shared responsibility. Everyone is empowered to speak up, report hazards and stop work if something isn’t safe.

Health, safety and capability

We support safe outcomes by combining wellbeing and capability:

  • Mental health and employee support services
  • Fatigue management and fitness for work
  • Injury management and return to work programs
  • Training, apprenticeships and high-risk competency

Our people are equipped with the skills and support to work safely.

Working together

We work with customers, contractors and suppliers to maintain consistent safety standards through:

  • Site requirements and risk management
  • Contractor assurance processes
  • Shared safety learnings

Strong partnerships support better safety outcomes.
