Workplace gender equity

Each year, the Workplace Gender Equality Agency will publish details about the gender pay gap for Australian employers with more than 100 staff. At Komatsu, we welcome this initiative, which brings transparency to an important topic.

We are proud of the strides we have already taken, and we are working hard to keep closing the gap. Our 2025 report shows women now represent 19% of leadership positions at Komatsu Australia, an increase of 2% from last year.
