Dual extendable cutterheads

Hydraulic cutter head extensions retract to promote easy withdrawals and flexibility when cutting corners. Wide head cuts up to 16 ft in a single pass. Power at the cutterhead is 656 HP/490 kW for outstanding productivity.

Dual roof drills

For quick installation of roof control, one semi-automatic Joy AFX210 roof bolter with tilt capability is fixed at each side of the miner.

Front and rear ATRS cylinders

To help protect the operator, four hydraulic cylinders stabilize the roof while mining and bolting. Engaged with the push of a button, the cylinders constantly pulse to ensure contact with the roof during bolting.
