Komatsu's Apprentice Development System (ADS) is an innovative and comprehensive approach to apprenticeship training that has set new national standards in the industry. What began as a trial program in Australia in 2009 has grown into a key initiative. We're proud to have expanded the ADS program to serve our New Zealand business since 2017, helping to train and develop the next generation of our workforce.
