Conflict Minerals Statement

We are committed to legal and ethical compliance in all our business practices. We also support the goal of ending the violence and human rights violations associated with the mining of gold and tin, tantalum and tungsten (“Conflict Minerals”) from the Democratic Republic of Congo and surrounding countries (“DRC”).

In support of our commitment to ethical business practices, we will continue appropriate efforts to identify the source of any Conflict Minerals in materials, parts and components we procure to manufacture our products. If we discover any Conflict Minerals in any such materials that are not conflict free, we will take appropriate actions to transition to use of other materials, parts and components when reasonably possible. Further, we expect our suppliers to adhere to the same principles with respect to their sourcing and supply chains.
