Your underground LHD buckets need to withstand the most abrasive conditions while still being economical and low maintenance. Our use of abrasive-resistant materials for high-wear areas means reduced repair times and improved structural strength, resulting in lower repair and operating costs for standard and heavy-duty loader buckets.
Heavy-duty buckets
Heavy-duty buckets feature added wear straps and shoes to increase structural integrity and provide longer life. Great price-to-performance ratios can help to decrease overall cost per ton.
Standard buckets
Our standard LHD buckets are ideal for all applications. Quick and reliable deployment to your underground hard rock site is available.
Rebuildable buckets
Loader bucket components can be rebuilt on site. Available rebuilds include key components, such as: boom clevis cast wear shoe, boom clevis wear shoe, horizontal wear straps, and clevis wear straps.
Variable lead lip system
Lip systems are field replaceable and customizable to your specifications. A tailored mix of standard components can be created to meet your requirements for blasted rock or muck. The lips can accommodate any size loaders, from 122 cm (48 in) to 368 cm (145 in) widths.
EZ-fill cast lip system
Designed for long wear life for back blading and abrasive materials. Optional base plate wear strips increase lip life. Extra corner shrouds make this system ideal for stope mucking and clearing development headings with tight corners and excessive edging.
Spade cast lip system
Designed for long wear life and lower-profile corner shroud. Ideal for clearing developing headings (depending on the lip size and material abrasiveness). Effectively penetrates through muck piles.
