Komatsu dual-bushing track is a unique structure incorporating an inner and outer bushing. The inner bushing is press fitted into the link, while the outer bushing is free and rotates around the pin; this also eliminates the need for pin and bush turns. Our dual-bushing track is ideal for sandy abrasive conditions, offering extended life over a conventional track.

Suitable for Komatsu D51, D61 and D65 dozers
Our PLUS (parallel linkage undercarriage system) is the most efficient solution for all dozing applications, significantly reducing total cost of ownership and providing an extremely smooth ride. PLUS features an inner and and outer bushing. The inner bushing is press-fitted into the link, while the outer bushing is free and rotates around the pin –which also eliminates the need for pin and bush turns.

Abrasion-resistant track
Suitable for Komatsu PC200 and PC300 excavators
Komatsu abrasion-resistant track is designed for Komatsu 20-30 tonne class excavators, specifically designed for abrasive applications, which usually result in reduced undercarriage life. Our abrasion-resistant track offers a larger diameter stepped-type bushing that increases wear amount by the increased case depth.
In addition to the larger bushing, the sprocket has also been modified with contoured teeth due to the increased bushing diameter. The sprocket also includes an added slot on its side face for easier disposal of dirt/mud, and adding an increased wear area on this undercarriage.
