For high-production precision earthmoving and automatic blade control, our D155AXi-18 intelligent Machine Control (iMC) bulldozer, with its fully factory integrated blade control system, can take you towards your Required Level faster and helping to minimise rework on your jobs. Power comes from a new technology Komatsu engine. And it comes standard with our Komtrax remote monitoring and location system, backed by our NZ-wide service and support network.
The new D155AXi-8 has achieved both high levels of productivity and fuel economy with the SIGMADOZER blade and automatic transmission with lockup torque converter and new Tier 4 Final engine. From these 3 key features the bulldozer significantly improves fuel efficiency compared with our conventional models
The D155AXi-8 has a strong integrated ROPS cab with large glass windows for outstanding visibility. High rigidity and superb sealing performance greatly reduce noise and vibration for the operator and helps prevent dust from entering the cab. The standard air-suspension seat positions the operator comfortably.
The engine power is transmitted to both tracks without power interruption on the inside track for smooth, powerful turns. Counter rotation while in neutral is available for minimum turning radius providing excellent maneuverability.
As the technology of diesel engines has progressed from Tier 3 to Tier 4 Final, design aspects of the engines have been fine-tuned to comply with regulations to cover regulated diesel engine exhaust pollutants.
The result is that these new diesel engines are cleaner than ever before, and in many cases more fuel efficient too. Along with this comes the need to properly manage and maintain these new generation of machines to make sure that operating costs are minimised.
