Stocks of replacement parts and consumables are maintained centrally at our Parts Distribution Centre facility in Dubai UAE. Our Parts Distribution Centre also stocks Reman major components and sub-components for all the major models. At our PDC we also prepare kits for maintenance and service for all major models, thus providing high quality parts at competitive cost to our customers.

All our regional distributors are seamlessly connected to our sophisticated central parts management system which is directly linked to the PDC. Orders are confirmed and delivered in a matter of hours. Our systems are also linked to the global network of Komatsu affiliates and our headquarters in Japan, thereby enhancing the parts availability and reducing down-time for our customers. Our parts management systems manage efficient cross docking of customer orders, thereby maintaining the lowest lead-times for parts supply.
