Komatsu and Atlassian Williams F1 Team are collaborating to ensure deep reserves of a precious resource: talented people. The Komatsu-Williams Engineering Academy is advancing STEM education and giving young people a pathway to careers that are vital to a thriving society. Each young academy member receives mentorship over four years, participates in e-learning activities and observes world-class engineering teams. Ultimately, they also have the chance of an internship or career with us.
