Komatsu Brand Diesel Engine Oil
As the diesel engine emission regulations in North America, the EU and Japan become increasingly stringent, such leading international diesel engine oil standards organizations as the American Petroleum Institute (API), Association des Constructeurs Européens d’Automobiles (ACEA: European Automobile Manufacturers Association) and Japanese Automobile Standards Organization (JASO) are raising their requirements to promote quality oils with higher dispersion, detergency and antiwear performance that can meet these new diesel engine emission regulations. Komatsu brand oil exceeds the requirements for all of these standards.
As a manufacturer of engines as well, Komatsu not only adheres to these international criteria, but has developed its own standards, known as Komatsu Engineering Standards, which demand even higher grade oil than that stipulated by the above organizations.
